This hormone-balancing cacao turmeric latte is the best pick me up in the morning! Even though I stopped having coffee a few years ago, I always loved the routine and sense of comfort that coffee gave me. The little bit of caffeine from the cacao will give you the pop in energy you need, without the horrible rollercoaster coffee puts you on!

Turmeric Latte

Cacao Turmeric Latte:


  1. Boil 1 cup of water and set aside. Let it cool off for a minute or two.
  2. Put all ingredients (including water) into a blender and blend on medium-high until well blended and frothy.
  3. Pour into a mug and garnish with Ceylon Cinnamon
  4. Enjoy!
