This hormone-balancing cacao turmeric latte is the best pick me up in the morning! Even though I stopped having coffee a few years ago, I always loved the routine and sense of comfort that coffee gave me. The little bit of caffeine from the cacao will give you the pop in energy you need, without the horrible rollercoaster coffee puts you on!
Cacao Turmeric Latte:
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tsp Cacao Powder*
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp Reishi powder (optional)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 scoop Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 1 scoop S’moo Ovary Good
- Sprinkle of black pepper
- Dash of maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: Ceylon Cinnamon
- Boil 1 cup of water and set aside. Let it cool off for a minute or two.
- Put all ingredients (including water) into a blender and blend on medium-high until well blended and frothy.
- Pour into a mug and garnish with Ceylon Cinnamon
