Our Shipping Promise
At S'moo, our priority is to make S'moo afforable and accessible to everyone which is why we offer multiple shipping options at checkout. We process orders within 1-2 business days and offer the following shipping methods: 
Domestic
Free Shipping - This option takes 7-10 Business Days after processing. We provide this option so we can keep S'moo accessible and affordable to all - however it is our slowest shipping method. Upon shipment, please expect delays in tracking updates for up to 1 week.  

 Priority Shipping (Starts at $5) - This option takes 1-4 business days after processing. We recommend this option if you are looking to get your S'moo fast! 
 Subscription Shipping (Free VIP Express Shipping) - With a recurring subscription with us, you get 5% off your monthly S'moo and receive your order automatically every 30 days. With a subscription, we cover the cost of Priority Shipping ($14 Value) and you'll receive your S'moo within 1-4 business days with USPS Priority Mail. You can cancel, skip a month or change flavors anytime. 
Canada
We offer 3 service to Canada with USPS. The services are outlined below:

  First Class International (21-30 Business Days) - $10 Flat Rate Pricing
 Priority Mail International (10-14 Business Days) - $22.50 Flat Rate
 Pricing Priority Mail Express (7-10 Business Days) - $25 Flat Rate Pricing
International

We ship worldwide (excluding Italy & Germany*) & offer 3 discounted services with USPS and full rate DHL. The services are outlined below:

 First Class International (21-30 Business Days) - Starts at $12 Flat Rate Pricing & increases with order amounts. 

 Priority Mail International (10-14 Business Days) - Starts at $30 Flat Rate Pricing & increases with order amounts. 

 Priority Mail Express (7-10 Business Days) - $35 Flat Rate Pricing & increases with order amounts. 

 DHL - Prices are calculated at checkout based on weight/size of package.

 Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States & Canada. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. *Due to strict supplement import regulations, we are unable to ship to Germany & Italy at this time.

Didn't receive your order?

Didn't receive your order but it is showing delivered? Please email us at hi@thesmooco.com to let us know. 

We will be happy to help get a new package on the way to you with no cost to you. However, we require an agreement to our resend policy. 

 If the tracking states delivered, our resend policy states that once we resend your order, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund due to our complimentary package. In order for us to reship your package, we will ask you to please respond to us with the following information: 

1. Address Confirmation - We want to make sure we are sending it to the correct address! 

2. "I understand your resend policy"
