Where are S'moo products manufactured?
Our product is made in the USA. We use a FDA registered, GMP & NSF certified facility. This ensures that all of our products are under strict quality control and you get exactly what you pay for.
Are S'moo products FDA certified?
In general, supplements aren't FDA approved, however we produce our products in a FDA registered facility and all of our products are GMP certified which means all of our ingredients are 3rd party tested for ingredient purity, quality & label accuracy. With all natural supplements, results vary person to person and we always recommend running S'moo by your doctor first to ensure it is the right fit for you.
S'moo is not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, please consult your physician before use. Results may vary person to person.
How old do I need to be to take S'moo?
S'moo is created for women 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, please consult with your parent/guardian and doctor to decide if S'moo is the right fit for you.
Do you sell S'moo in stores?
Yes! You can find a list of stores here: STORE LOCATOR. If you want to see S'moo in your local supplement store or grocery store, you can do so by asking for the store manager and letting them know you'd like to submit a product request form.

Yes! All of our products are Gluten Free.
Can I take S'moo alongside medications prescribed by my doctor?
Many S’moo Babes take S’moo alongside medications that have been prescribed by their doctor. However, everybody is different so we always recommend checking in with your doctor before taking S’moo alongside your medication to ensure that it is safe and also the right choice for you!
Can I take S'moo products while breastfeeding?
While there aren't any unsafe ingredients in S'moo, we'd recommend consulting your doctor prior to use of S'moo and discontinuing while breastfeeding.
Can I take S'moo products while pregnant?
We'd recommend discontinuing use of S'moo once becoming pregnant until the end of pregnancy. We do have a Prenatal vitamin that is safe and recommended during pregnancy.

What allergens are in S'moo products?
Some S’moo products do contain Coconut Oil powder which is a tree nut. If you are allergic to Tree Nuts, we do not recommend consuming S'moo. All S'moo products are made in a facility and on equipment that manufacture: Eggs, Wheat, Milk, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Soybeans, Crustacean Shellfish & Fish.
Products that contain Coconut Oil: Ovary Good Powders. We recommend the Capsules if you are avoiding Coconut Oil.
Does S'moo have side effects?
Most customers do not have side effects with S’moo, however everybody reacts differently to it based on your body, so there isn't really a crystal clear answer to that.

What is your order processing time?
We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order after placing.
My label is not showing updates
Once you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once a label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking and for updates to show.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Log onto your account, and click "manage subscription" then choose the subscription you'd like to cancel and click "cancel". Once canceled, you will no longer be charged or receive any further shipments.
Additionally, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to cancel your subscription for you.
Can I swap out items in the bundles?
Our bundles are pre-built by our warehouse, and cannot be switched out.

My package is showing delivered, but I haven't received it.
Didn't receive your order but it is showing delivered? Please email us at email@example.com to let us know and we'll be happy to help.
I have not received my order yet, who do I contact?

However, please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States & Canada. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
I need to cancel my order, how do I do it?
Please email email@example.com, and we'll do our best to cancel your order prior to shipment. Depending on how far along your order is, we may be able to assist! Once a label is printed, we are unable to cancel the order.
If you have emailed us and do not receive a response, please check your spam or junk folde ras sometimes our emails will land there.
Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, please email us with “URGENT: Cancel/Adjust Order” and the order number.
What is your return policy?
Need to make a return?
If you don't absolutely love your S'moo products, please let us know within 30 days. We will take your product back free of charge for a store credit, equal to the amount paid of the product you are returning.
Please note: All discounted/promotions or limited items are final sale.
Since our products are consumable goods, we are unable to resell or reuse the products in anyway due to safety risk and concern. We do not offer any refunds on returned product.
International returns: We're happy to provide store credit for your return. We ask that you please pay to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in its original condition. All store credit will be given for the retail value of the item once we receive the order back at our warehouse. Please be sure if you are returning the item(s) back to us, you provide us with the tracking number for the return order.
To set up a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and email address associated to the order.
Did your product arrive damaged?
Not to worry! We'll be happy to send another package your way. Please take a picture of the damaged goods, and email it to us at email@example.com. Make sure to retain the product, as we'll provide a paid return label to ship the product back to us, and get you another order on the way.
Need to cancel a subscription?
All subscriptions are managed from your account which can be found in the top right hand corner of our website. You can swap, skip a month or cancel anytime. If you intended to cancel your subscription and an order processed, we'll be happy to honor the return policy above and ensure your subscription is canceled moving forward.
