Easy Chocolate Chip Biscotti (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Chocolate Chip Biscotti (Gluten Free & Vegan)
- · ½ cup Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
· 2 scoops Ovary Good by S’moo (Unflavored, or Chocolate)
- · ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- · Pinch of Salt
- · 2 tbsp. Almond Milk
- · 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- · 2 tbsp. Granulated Cane Sugar, or Coconut Sugar
- · ¼ cup Chocolate Chips, or Chunks
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, ovary good powder, baking powder, and salt together.
Add the sugar, olive oil, and milk. Mix just until combined.
Add the biscotti dough to the prepared pan and press into a large log-like shape.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let the biscotti cool for 20 minutes, then use a sharp knife to carefully slice 1 ½ – 2” biscotti pieces. Bake 10-20 more minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
