Monthly PagesThe Smoo45 Planner features monthly pages at the beginning of each month so you can see your month at a glance and fill in any important dates. By laying your month out ahead of time, you’ll be able to prepare for any important dates, birthdays, and events without missing a beat.
Weekly ReviewsBefore the start of each week, we give you a section to reflect on your previous weeks’ routine, noting what worked versus what didn’t work. This is where you’ll get to acknowledge your accomplishments and challenge yourself to grow in areas that weren’t as strong.
Weekly PagesThe weekly page spread is the perfect start to your week! We recommend doing this on Sunday so that you can adequately prepare for the week ahead. By breaking down your goals for the next 7 days, it’ll help you sort out what needs to be done during each individual day.
Daily PagesThe daily page is the perfect place to start each morning. We provide you with a helpful daily checklist to gear you up for success with the Smoo45, along with sections for important tasks, your agenda, and even a daily gratitude journal.

Drink More WaterHydration is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. More often than not, we’re not getting the amount of water our bodies actually need to function properly. Whether our goal is to have more energy to accomplish tasks or even just to have clearer skin, your body will thank you for getting the proper water intake.
Eat Healthy + WorkoutDuring the Smoo45, we suggest making adjustments to your diet that may benefit your long-term goals. Maybe that adjustment is cutting out processed foods or reducing sugar intake. Additionally, we recommend some daily exercise because not only is it good for the body, but it’s amazing for the mind!
Plan Your Day + JournalOne of our favorite parts about the Smoo45 is getting organized and planning each day with intention. By listing out our most important tasks and to do’s, we set ourselves up for success and get a little bit closer to our goals each and every day. We also encourage you to fill in the section for your gratitude journal which can be an amazing practice to celebrate what we do have versus being upset about what we don’t have.
