The #Smoo45 Challenge

The #Smoo45 is for the Smoo Babe who wants to challenge herself with consistency, routine, and build healthy habits into her every day. This challenge comes with a planner, where you can track your progress and share your consistency with the group members.

This is a 45 Day Challenge and for 45 days you will be building habits. You will be tracking daily progress on:

Healthy Eating, Workouts, Water Intake, Reading, Gratitude Practice, Taking S'moo

We are all going through different things, and completing the challenge may look different for everyone. If you begin to have a negative experience with the challenge, we always recommend consulting with your doctor or naturopath about any changes you're experiencing.

This challenge will be one that you can start when you are ready, or revisit when you are looking for more structure in your life. During the next 45 days, we hope that you are able to recognize how prioritizing small healthy habits can benefit you (and your hormones) in the long run and build big changes. We will be choosing a monthly winner for a prize who has completed all the challenge steps!

About the Challenge

How do I get started?

1. Commit to the Challenge. Starting the S’moo45 Challenge today? Commit to the Challenge by posting a before picture of yourself in the group. Include #Smoo45 and why you’re excited for the challenge!

2. Grab a Smoo45 Planner: Use this planner to guide you through the Smoo45! This planner is the place to track your progress, check in with yourself mentally and physically, and reflect on what changes you are experiencing!

Text “SMOO45” for Accountability. Want to stay up to date on the challenge, and have an accountability partner? Join our private Challenge text group.

3. Share on social that you are doing the challenge! Use these templates to share on your social media platforms (Instagram stories and feed, Facebook, TikTok) to share with your followers about the #Smoo45 challenge, and keep accountable! This will be a great way to look back and see your progress throughout the 45 days as well! Plus, challenges are always more fun with friends! **Don’t forget to hashtag #Smoo45.**

4. Stock up on S’moo!: The 45 days are going to go by fast! Make sure you are stocked up on S’moo. Such as the S’moo Starter pack,  Ovary Good, Babe Boosters, and your Multis! Other things to consider: S’moo Half Gallon Jug to reach your hydration goals, S’moo Fitness Line to reach your fitness goals, S’moo Shaker to make taking your S’moo super easy!

What are the daily tasks of the challenge?

* Workout (1) 45 Minute Workout OR (2) 20 Minute Workouts

* Drink 1/2 your body weight in water (oz)

* Gratitude Journal Daily

* Follow a diet/lifestyle of your choice

* Read 10 pages of a book

* Take your S'moo

* Take Progress Photos along the way!

How do I invite others?

You can send them the link to the community, or select the “Invite” button on the left hand side! We highly encourage you to invite all your friends and family!

What do I need for the challenge?

The 45 days are going to go by fast! Aside from the Smoo45 Planner, make sure you are stocked up on S’moo! Such as the S’moo Starter pack,  Ovary Good, Babe Boosters, and your Multis! What check-ins do I need to make?

We have a weekly check in requirement for participation. Post on your weekly progress photos in the Progress Photo Feed, or your completed planner template using the hashtag #Smoo45. Check-ins on social media also count, and you can use the templates below to share on your story.

Cost of Challenge

How much does it cost?

The #Smoo45 is TOTALLY free! The challenge itself is free to join and participate! Using the Smoo45 Planner is optional. However, if you do want to be consistent with all aspects of the challenge, you will need your S’moo supplements to take! 

Is there any incentive for doing the #Smoo45?

You will be building sustainable healthy habits that can lead you towards your goal! Additionally, each month we will be giving away a *HUGE* prize to someone who has completed the Smoo45 that month! Scan the QR code at the back of your Smoo45 Planner, fill out the quick survey, and be entered to win.

Do I need to buy a planner?

Using the Smoo45 Planner is optional, however we highly recommend it as you can track your progress, and be entered to win the monthly prize!
