The #Smoo45 Challenge
The #Smoo45 is for the Smoo Babe who wants to challenge herself with consistency, routine, and build healthy habits into her every day. This challenge comes with a planner, where you can track your progress and share your consistency with the group members.
This is a 45 Day Challenge and for 45 days you will be building habits. You will be tracking daily progress on:
Healthy Eating, Workouts, Water Intake, Reading, Gratitude Practice, Taking S'moo
We are all going through different things, and completing the challenge may look different for everyone. If you begin to have a negative experience with the challenge, we always recommend consulting with your doctor or naturopath about any changes you're experiencing.
This challenge will be one that you can start when you are ready, or revisit when you are looking for more structure in your life. During the next 45 days, we hope that you are able to recognize how prioritizing small healthy habits can benefit you (and your hormones) in the long run and build big changes. We will be choosing a monthly winner for a prize who has completed all the challenge steps!
