I love the capsule option! 5 is quite a few to swallow, but you get the hang of it over time. I’d much rather swallow the capsule than choke down powder.

I love the taste of the power but, I paid for 3 of them and it said they shipped together but I only received one of them.
I really like it; it's not chalky and gritty like most, and I don't bloat from it.

It will be fine to bake with but I do not like the consistency when mixing with milk. I was hoping it would be more dissolvable in water to be able to mix with my coffee or my hydration drink and not be chalky.
I need to take this longer to give an accurate review. So far so good.
