This smoothie recipe is packed with healthy fats, essential minerals and antioxidants, and it's mighty delicious if I must say so myself. I love using Passion Fruit in smoothies, and Coconut. They really take my smoothies to the next level, and you can find them in the frozen section at your local natural food store. I can't wait to hear what you think!
1 Coconut Meat Smoothie Pack (I used Pitaya Foods!)
½ Cup Frozen Passion Fruit Pieces
½ Frozen Banana
¾ Cup Orange Juice
¼ Cup Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
1 Scoop Unflavored Ovary Good
Add all ingredients except the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour half in a pretty glass
Add the strawberries to blender and blend again
Pour strawberry blend into the same glass
Stir gently with a spoon to create a “tie-dyed look”
