1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 cup Self-Rising Flour (see alternative option in notes)
3 scoops Ovary Good Unflavored - Hormone Balance Powder
Blueberries & Cinnamon
Jalapeno & Cheddar
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and ovary good powder together. Add the yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough.
Transfer to a clean surface and knead for 1-2 minutes, until a smooth and pliable dough.
If adding toppings, knead into the dough at this time for 30 seconds, or until well-combined.
Divide into 3 equal parts, then roll each dough part in a circle. Press your thumb in the center for a 1" wide hole. Place on the pan. Repeat with remaining dough parts.
Let the bagels rest on the pan at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Brush with an egg wash.
Bake for 25 minutes, rotating pan halfway through baking. Turn up the heat to 450F and bake an additional 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before enjoying!
