Pleasantly Surprised!

Purchasing this product was truly a 'hail mary' as an attempt to mitigate symptoms of an obvious hormone imbalance. Having gotten nowhere with my doctor I tried this to see if I could lessen my extreme cramps, spotting, and fatigue. Although still present, the symptoms have clearly lessened and they don't overwhelm my entire day. I just wish that the shipping was faster and it was a local product as I'm located in Canada.

Not just a supplement, but a lifestyle

Currently taking the multivitamin and the Ovary Good capsules. Within a matter of days, I felt an unusual (for me) energy that was natural and sustained me through the workday and well into the evening. I'm not a huge fan of the powder, as it's far easier to pop a few capsules than to make and clean-up a smoothie (which was not my favorite way of taking in these ingredients). The planner is a nice accountability mechanism that is focused on overall wellness - diet, exercise, reading goals, gratitude, etc. I wish there was a little more to it, however. Filling out the same page over and over doesn't really keep me as engaged and motivated as I wish it did. No less, I've been told that there has been a noticeable change within the two weeks I've been doing the challenge.
