I’ve been using the “Ovary Good” powder and capsules for a few months now. I’ve noticed more energy and much easier menstrual cycles. It did take about a month to notice any changes, so keep it up. Will continue to take these supplements. Thanks, Karagan! ❤️
I am doing 4 stars ONLY because I haven't been using it long enough to attest to the benefits. But so far, I am loving everything else. I got the chocolate flavor because I wanted to be able to mix with my protein shakes. It blends up pretty nicely and I only taste chocolate. I even tried it with fat free Fairlife milk, and it was still a nice chocolate flavor. I really love the powder option, I was taking a capsule supplement of inositol from another company and it was 4 capsules a day. So being able to cut out 4 supplements from my day has been so nice. Plus it encourages me to drink my protein shake or Fairlife milk (for the protein). So far, I'm greatly impressed!
I spent months going back and forth doing research and finally decided to take the chance on S’moo and so glad I did! I’m only 3 weeks in and can already feel and see a world of difference! I’ll forever be grateful for S’moo coming into my life.
Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, I just don’t purchase again. BUT for starters, this tasted awful. And it gave me horrible diarrhea which I later looked up and found can be cause by the magnesium in this product. When a notification of an upcoming order was sent to me, I went on and canceled my subscription. 4 days later, I was charged and and sent an order confirmation email. I immediately reached out to them and asked the order be canceled since I had canceled my subscription. It has been 2 weeks since then and NOT A WORD from the company!! Now I have a $50 bottle of this crap that I can’t return because of their return policy….not that I could even try to return since apparently no one at this company responds to you. I would NEVER order from this company again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them! I understand this product works for some people and that’s great, but this is not how you treat your customers!
I lovedddd it I got my period in a matter of 3 days of taking this supplement. I hadn’t had a period in 4 months!!! I’m excited!!
The product does help with my PCOS symptoms but started to give me horrible bad breath and make my gums bleed.
Taste is fine,bitter like the rest but it’s healthy! 🥰
I was looking for a supplement to help with my pcos symptoms. I have only been taking S'moo for about a week and can already feel a difference in my body. I'm no longer bloated, and my food cravings are gone. I will do another review in 3 months with updated results.

I've started taking smoo in 2021 and LOVED it...I re ordered again in 2025 and noticed the ingredients are not the same as before... In 2021 I noticed a changed in my body instantly.... But now I didn't not the sudden change as before. Iam a little disappointed I will continue to take smoo and hope to see the same results as before
