Ready for a Vanilla Chai S’moothie!
What better way to start your day than with a little Chai! Chai tea has a lot of benefits, like improving digestion, alleviating nausea, and supporting your immune system.
So... what's in chai? Chai is a black tea base, mixed with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves. You'll also find pepper, coriander, nutmeg and fennel in it! Though you can make your own chai... which is super fun, for now, for this recipe, you can use any store bought chai!
Total Time 5 minutes (each smoothie listed)
- 1 scoop of S’moo (unflavored or Chocolate)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 3/4 cup Tazo Chai Latte concentrate
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Muscle Pharm Combat Powder)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
Blend and enjoy!
