What You Need to Get Started on the Smoo45 (From the Founder)
Hey S'moo Babes! Karagan here. We're gearing up for the Smoo45 so I wanted to put together a list of some of my favorite items that I personally use during the challenge. While these are not necessary and you may have your own items that will work best for you, these ideas are a great place to start to set yourself up for success during the challenge. 😊

Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis (I'm a huge fan of Rachel Hollis and read this during the first round of Smoo45!)
Hydroflask (this is what I personally use!)
These are great options that you can do at home, most with minimal equipment!
The Salty Club (I love this one! I started this at the beginning of quarantine when everything shut down. It has amazing workouts, yoga, meditations and more).
Latex Resistance Bands 3 Pack (these are great for modifications when weights are not available!)
