Its been almost a month since I started and haven't seen or felt any difference just yet. But I do like the idea of taking this supplement and prenatal vitamin for overall health. The only this I wish was that the ingredients or amounts in grams where the same as they where about 5 years ago
I've noticed less hair a little moodier I think but I'm also not use to my period in general we will see in a few months what God and S'moo have in the store soon.

Have been taking Smoo Ovary Good for over a year and am very satisfied. It has been a great addition to my daily routine especially as I have been navigating perimenopause and the many changes my body has been going through.
When I first ordered these supplements, I was really skeptical especially since in the past, I’ve bought different supplements that don’t work. I gave this product a chance because I saw many great reviews but they seemed too good to be true. However, 3 weeks after taking them I got my period! I’ve had very irregular periods lately and HEAVY where I go through a tampon every hour and I suffer so much the first 3 days. This time around, I had a normal period which is incredible and RARE, minimal cramping, and I feel energized! I feel very blessed to have found these supplements. Also, I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night just to snack. Thank you, thank you for making this product. I will be purchasing them again! Every penny spent towards S’Moo is worth it!!
I can’t say enough amazing things about S’moo! I came across it while TTC and I started taking it in December. By February I couldn’t believe it but I was pregnant! Unfortunately I lost that pregnancy but within 5 months was pregnant again and I’m now sitting here holding my 3 month old. I swear this helped balance my hormones!

Best thing about Smoo is… I SEE results! I have been taking it for a little over a month and I can see a difference in my skin and weight is slowly decreasing. My period showed back up after 9 months of being totally gone. I can’t wait to see what the next phase of healing is
I do not like this flavor at all and have been struggling with it this past month. But I am getting a different flavor next month. This is a good product that has definitely helped with balancing my hormones and I can definitely tell a difference after month 3 of taking it
