I really love S'moo. I can feel a difference for the better when taking it.

I started taking this product in Feb 2025 and have been taking it since. This product has regulated my period, improved my pms symptoms, and cleared my skin. I also had a benign cyst on one of my breast for years. I had a recent mammogram done and the cyst is now gone. I strongly recommend this product for any women suffering with any kind of hormonal disorders and pms symptoms. Thank you for changing my life for better! 🫶🙏🏼💕

I most definitely like taking the capsules better than the powder. I wanted to trying the powders because of the flavors but I havent been able to smooth out the grittyness. If I was to go back to the powders I would need to figure out some recipes. But I am going to stick with the capsules for now. 🥰

Life changing stuff!!

I am always skeptical of supplements, but with my PCOS, I am willing to give things a shot for some relief. Within a week, I felt like a whole new person. I have energy left after work to get things done around the house, and I have been waking up (naturally) before my alarm in the morning. It’s so crazy and I could seriously cry. 😭
I don’t usually take time to review things but I wanted to give my other PCOS girlies some hope! It’s worth a try to see if it works for you too! 💚
I dont currently have periods as a result of my IUD, so I can’t speak to how it affects that. But the energy boost and mental clarity alone makes this such a great investment!

There is just nothing I can mix any of these products with to get rid of the potent taste, even the unflavored one. I tried soooo hard to like it all and I’ve tried many recipes but nothing works. I also went to check my levels at the Dr.s after taking S’moo for a while and there was no change in my hormone levels and my cycle also still didn’t come. Other than feeling better mood wise, there was no benefit for me and these products. Oh, it did stimulate bowel movements quickly which was helpful. I am on metformin now and everything seems to be aligned well now. I have an identical twin who swears by S’moo products so just feel what your body says and check those levels out at the Dr.s. I tried and it don’t work for me, but it may work for you!

Great taste and easy to blend.

I’ve been taking the capsules daily for a little less than a month now. My acne has cleared a bit and been very minimal! I haven’t noticed any other big changes yet but so far so good! I plan to keep taking it for a few months to see how my body likes it. Hoping it helps with pain I have throughout my cycles.

Almost a month into s’moo and no bad side effects! I’ll come back after a few months of my trial of this!

S’moo over all helped me out a lot. This was my first time getting the powder and the taste is good but the aftertaste is nothing but stevia and it is not great. Probably won’t get the powder again
