Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email.

If ordered with expedited shipping, shipments are processed within 1-2 business days and the chosen shipping time frame begins from pick up from our warehouse. (Ex. Next Day Air is not from the day ordered, but from the day it is shipped and picked up from the warehouse)

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States using UPS Next Day service.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not subject to a refund of shipping cost.

Haven’t received your package?

Domestic Packages

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

 • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out hi@thesmooco.com within 14 days, as our customer service team can further assist you.
• If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at hi@thesmooco.com within 14 days and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages
and are not liable to reship the package. If you input an incorrect address at checkout, S’moo is not be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace the order.

International Packages

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered after leaving our warehouse.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

Please allow 30-45 business days for the package to be delivered. It is common for tracking to not update once it has reached the destination country, and we are unable to access details on the package whereabouts. We recommend contacting your local post office for more information.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

S’moo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

S’moo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing Items

If you're missing an item in your shipment, please notify us within 5 days for us to look into it and provide a resolution. We ask for you to please email a photo of your package contents, and label on the front of the package to hi@thesmooco.com.

Incorrect Address

If you input an incorrect address at checkout, S’moo is not be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace the order.
