I’ve been taking this supplement for about 6 months now. It has been making me have periods more often than before and also a lot less heavier and less painful.

Disappointed

Just beginning my PCOS journey. I ordered this with high hopes, but I'm truly disappointed.
*I ordered the PCOS bundle, which is a great price for all four products. But a few minutes after I ordered it, I realized I messed up. It comes with the multi-vitamin, but I am TTC so I need the prenatal. I reached out to customer service to see if I could switch it out, but it had already shipped by the time they responded. The response seemed like a blanket response and did not actually address my second question, which was asking if it was possible to switch to a prenatal with the bundle were I to order bundle in the future. I would love to see a second bundle option, switching the multi-vitamin to the prenatal, for us TTC PCOS girls.
*I received my order and it came with two beauty babes, no balanced babe. I again reached out to customer service to see about getting it switched out. They responded with a blanket response with a link of where to request an exchange, but that link doesnt work for the bundle option if trying to exchange only one of the items. So I had to again reply. Thankfully they then quickly got me a shipping label so I could return the extra beauty babe, and I'm just waiting for them to send me the correct balanced babe.
*My biggest disappointment is with the Ovary good mix. I couldn't find a supplements fact table anywhere, but the list of ingredients looked great (it just didnt show the quantity of each) so I ordered it with hopes of reducing the number of supplement capsules I take each morning. But when it got here, I looked at the supplement label. It has myo-inositol at 2000 mg, but no d-chiro (unless I'm missing it somewhere on the info?). Its missing that magic 40:1 that seems to be the most basic and common recommendation for PCOS. Additionally, the NAC is only 300 mg, but the common recommendation for that is a minimum of 600 mg twice a day.
*The after taste is absolutely awful for the mix.
*So far I am happy with the beauty babe though! I mix it in with my probiotic. I have to make sure I mix it in well enough, because otherwise I get a gritty mix at the end of my drink, but as long as I do that it's been great!

Been on it for a bit now, haven’t noticed to much yet. Not a huge fan of the flavour though. I haven’t been able to do an exchange or refund.thank you.

Regulating my cycle

I’ve been on birth control for quite some time to regulate my pcos. I started using these capsules around September/ October while I was still on BC that way when I stopped used in November my body wouldn’t go crazy I guess?! I’ve noticed my hair shedding less and hopefully a regular period. When I got my first period after discontinuing using birth control it was a normal cycle. 3-4 days, not as heavy as it normally is and I had barely any symptoms. I’m supposed to get my period again within the next week so let’s see if this works. I also noticed that I have no spotting like I usually do. My cycle is usually VERY irregular without taking these capsules. I’m very glad I found this company! My main goal is to regulate my cycle so that I can get pregnant.

I have not had my menstrual cycle for over 5 years because of the birth control I was on and they have said that was natural and I’ll get it back after removing it. Once I’ve removed it, I was still missing my period for over 2 years. The doctors and obgyn said the bc wasn’t the cause of it, but because I’ve got PCOS. Before the bc, my periods were regular and normal and no PCOS so that was unusual. The doctors did give me meds and it did help me get my cycle once or twice and then it’ll be gone again. After taking so many meds, I lost hope. Then I read on Reddit to try this product and there were many positive reviews about it! After 2 weeks of this, my period came back! It gave me hope again! I didn’t want to write a review yet until I was sure it did help my cycle. Over 3 months in and my cycles are still regular, thanks to this product! Thank you for making this and giving us hope!
