Highly recommended these!

I’ve been using the New Year starter pack for about 3 weeks now and I’ve noticed a big difference in myself already. I’ve got a lot more energy. I have more of a desire and want to go and do things and my anxiety and depression have seem to have lessened tremendously.
I started my cycle a few days ago and I didn’t have the pms symptoms that I would normally have like extreme irritability and frustration and my cycle was lighter than normal. I was still tired during my cycle but not like it usually is. with huge changes like these things in just 3 weeks I definitely plan on continuing these products.

Products I’ve been looking for

Everything but the Mood Enhancer

So far I can't tell a difference in how I feel, or my hair, skin, and nails. I also haven't figured out how to incorporate the mood boost powder. I have looked at recipes provided, but I don't eat most of the things that the recipes are for. I am tempted to try and just eat a spoon of it by itself. I am glad that this supplement only gives slight indigestion compared to many other supplements I have tried.

Hi Vera! Thanks for the review! We do recommend giving the products at least 3 months of consistent use to start seeing results. I'd also not recommend just taking a spoonful of the powder. I would suggest at least adding it to some water or milk/milk substitute, coffee, tea, or juice. Thanks for being a s'moo babe!

starter set!

So far, I have been using the set for about 2-3 weeks and I have noticed a drastic difference in my mood. I feel more open to so many things and happy to do it all. My energy has been impacted as well and has definitely made me feel like going to the gym everyday, as before i contemplated it all the time, because i just didn’t feel like it. I also feel as if it has helped decrease portion sizes, not wanting to each as much, and or i am full way before i normally would be! the starter kit is awesome so far, and i hope to continue using it!
