These egg bites will give you the energy you need to get through your day while balancing your hormones. You'll love having these grab and go bites in the fridge every morning to start your day and they are so easy to make! Give it a try!
12 Large Eggs
1/3 cup Milk
3 scoops Ovary Good Unflavored - Hormone Balance Powder
1 Roma Tomato, diced
6 Strips of Bacon, cooked and chopped
3/4 cup Baby Spinach, chopped
1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Line or grease generously a muffin pan with olive oil or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the Ovary Good powder. Mix until well incorporated.
Transfer the egg mixture between the muffin liners.
Evenly distribute the toppings (diced tomatoes, chopped bacon, chopped spinach, and cheddar cheese) among the filled muffin liners. Press the toppings down with a fork, if needed.
Bake for 18-24 minutes, or until fluffy and fully cooked. Enjoy warm!
