This is the perfect size, works great and easy to clean - love this compared to others since it doesn't have as many nooks and crannies as other bottles i've tried!

PCOS Journey

I have been dealing with PCOS for a few years now which has been a difficult journey. I recently noticed I started to pick up weight without ever over eating and extreme fatigue. I didn’t realize it immediately until my coworkers or friends would make a small joke like, “oh you’ve been eating good huh?” At first I brushed it off like it was no big deal but in reality it was painful and disheartening to hear. Whether the comments were intentional or not, it really affected my self-esteem. I also experienced not having periods for long extended times and sleep deprivation. Since using this product, I’ve noticed my sleep has improved and I got my period two weeks later after first using it. My sister was the first to tell me I looked like I got smaller. And my mother said my mood has been a lot more calmer since taking the product. I look forward to more positive changes as I continue taking this product.
