Did you know? Papayas contain an enzyme called papain that aids digestion, and is great for gut health. It's such a fun ingredient to use in your smoothies when you're looking to switch it up, and loaded with health benefits.
½ of Fresh Papaya
½ Cup Frozen Mango
½ Cup Oat or Almond Milk
1 Lime for Juice
Stevia to taste
1 Scoop Unflavored Ovary Good - Hormone Balance Powder
Add all prepped ingredients to your blender
Turn blender on medium to high for ~45 seconds or until desired consistency
Pour the blender mix into a glass, garnish with lime and enjoy!
Papayas aren't always in season, so if you see them... grab a few to cut up and freeze so you can enjoy this smoothie even in the off season! You can also add a scoop of protein to this smoothie. I love Tera's Organic Grass Fed Whey in Unflavored.
