I've started taking smoo in 2021 and LOVED it...I re ordered again in 2025 and noticed the ingredients are not the same as before... In 2021 I noticed a changed in my body instantly.... But now I didn't not the sudden change as before. Iam a little disappointed I will continue to take smoo and hope to see the same results as before
I mix this supplement in so many different things, the unflavored tends to work best. I’d love for them to come out with a mixed bundle too. I’ve been using Smoo for years. It brought my period on and helped balance my hormones so I could lose weight with PCOS and insulin resistance. It’s an investment in my wellness.
I’ve been using smoo consistently for two years - after becoming pregnant and breastfeeding I had to stop, but having just started again, it is excellent as always. The supplements flavor is not pleasant, but it it works and has helped me regulate my hormones when little else would. I recommend it to all of my friends.
