Attention: On-the-Go Ladies
Let's take a minute to talk about S’moo. I’m personally on the S’moo team because I love the product but like you, I’m crazy busy! I’ve released some of my favorite recipes but so far… only the fancy ones. I think it’s time you learn some of my fast “tricks” to taking S’moo on the go! Some of these might seem SOOOO EASY but when I heard some of our S’moo Babes were drinking S’moo with water on-the-go, I knew that I needed to give them an alternative.

Chocolate Milk
Time: 2 minutes
*Favorite*
1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Scoop S’moo
1 Shaker Cup
>>> That’s it. I actually enjoy this one so much but I only do a cup of liquid so I can drink it down fast while working.

Orange Juice
Time: 2 minutes
*Second Favorite*
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Scoop S’moo
1 Shaker Cup
>>> I can taste the S’moo in this one - it has a slight earthy nutty undertone! But I don’t mind it.

Iced Coffee (or hot)
Prep Time: 10 min (Depending how you make coffee)
Time: 3 minutes
1/2 Cup Coffee
1-2 Cups Ice (optional)
1 Scoop S’moo
>>> Directions: stir your S’moo into your already perfectly fixed up coffee (milk, sugar, you name it). Stir it really well! Either drink it hot or pour it over ice.
This is popular among many of our customers. I personally prefer the iced version - yum!

Big Batch: On-The-Go-Smoothie
Servings: 3-6
Prep Time: 15 min
Morning Time: 2 min
*A Favorite when I have 15 minutes to Prep!
1-2 Cup Strawberries
1-2 Bananas
2 Cups Almond Milk
*add your S’moo each morning
>>> The goal is to make a good amount and put these in smaller cups in the freezer! If you’re going to drink them that week then you don’t need to cover them with a lid or with plastic wrap. In the morning before work, grab one, put a scoop of S’moo on top and wait for it to thaw! Once it’s soft enough to stir, mix in the top S’moo scoop and enjoy.

To some who have a sensitive pallet, you might taste S’moo in some of these creations! S’moo is vegan 🌱 which does sometime cause a little graininess - this is normal. Remember that this is a supplement, so while it does have a slight taste to it - it is the best, most absorbent way to take your vitamins! We hope you enjoy these creations.
