Hormone Balancing Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
These Strawberry Oatmeal Bars are a healthier fruit dessert made with fresh strawberries & oats and a lightly sweetened with maple syrup. Plus, these are packed full of vitamins, minerals and herbs from S’moo to help balance your hormones naturally. This recipe will give you 9 bars with 1 scoop of S’moo in each for 9 days of hormone support! Make these S’moo Oatmeal bars on the weekend to enjoy a easy breakfast on the go all week long!

1 Cup Flour of Choice
9 scoops of Strawberry Ovary Good - Hormone Balancing Powder
3/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup + 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped.
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tbsp. Flour of Choice
For Oatmeal Layer
For the Strawberry Layer
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8×8″ baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, Ovary Good powder, rolled oats, and brown sugar together. Add the olive oil and maple syrup, then mix with a rubber spatula until well-combined. The batter will be a little more on the dry side, but you can add more maple syrup if too dry.
Transfer 3/4th of the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish.
To make the strawberry layer, simply toss all ingredients together then add in an even layer to the baking dish.
Evenly distribute the remaining oatmeal mixture on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top. Let cool 1 hour before slicing. Enjoy!
Want to use Frozen Strawberries? No problem! You can substitute for frozen and thawed ones.
