Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
You either love peanut butter or hate it but for those who love it, it’s a great healthy fat for your body. If you haven’t heard of peanut flour yet, it’s gluten free and can be found at health food stores and on amazon. It has 13 grams of plant-based protein per 28 gram serving and 10 grams of carbohydrates which is great if you’re watching your carbohydrate intake.
This morning smoothie is sugar free, low fat, high protein, high fiber and gluten free.
Everything you love when you bite into a PB&J sandwich but with none of the carbs, high-fructose corn syrup and food dyes.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie :
Total Time 5 minutes
- 1 scoop S’moo
- 1/2 cup Milk of your choice (the unsweetened vanilla almond milk works great)
- 1 cup plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Green Grapes
- 1/2 cup Peanut Flour
- 2 packets natural sweetener (Truvia, Stevia, etc.)
Directions: Blend together the yogurt, milk, and grapes before adding your scoop of S’moo and peanut flour. This helps keep any of the dry ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the blender. Adding ice is optional.
