- 1 egg and 1 egg white
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Blend together and pour onto a pan, wait until there are little bubbles around the edges and toward the middle before flipping.
